Join the Rotary Club of Los Alamos for an afternoon of beer, brats, song, and community building at our first Oktoberfest fundraiser!
Local musician Jamie O’Hara will perform live on the patio from 3–5 p.m., while Bathtub Row Brewing will be serving craft beer and other beverages. Bathtub Row is generously donating $1 from every beer sold during the event to support Rotary.
Rotary will be providing bratwurst plates for a suggested donation of $20. Here’s some of the projects your donation will support this year:
– 40,000 meals for northern New Mexico families in partnership with The Food Depot ($8,000)
– Telehealth systems in Sierra Madre ($1,000)
– Nurse scholarships in Juarez ($1,000)
– A water purification and storage system in Colombia ($1,000)
– Smartphones and digital literacy training for refugees in Rwanda. ($1,000)
– Merit and need-based youth scholarships ($3,000)
